Reverse Mentoring
Students help seniors navigate digital tools and offer fresh perspectives on modern life. This creates a two-way street of respect, where both generations learn from each other.
ILLD Community Projects
Beyond reverse mentoring, students can participate in a range of social initiatives supported or offered by ILLD, from literacy drives and community outreach to skills workshops and local development efforts.
